Kia ora everyone, my name is Richard Hape I am from a smal town in the Far North called Awanui and currently living in Tāmaki Makaurau, Maungawhau also known as Newmarket. I moved here New Years 2022 to pursue a new career in the Tech sector. I am working at Dev Academy Aotearoa as a Human Skills facilitator and I find this mahi quite rewarding. Meeting and sharing with humans from all walks of life. Another part of my mahi is Kaiarahi Māori for the organisation. Bringing Māori kawa and tikanga to Dev Academy.
I am now venturing deeper into the world of tech by enrolling as a student to complete the New Zealand Certificate in Applied Software Development.
